What's the difference between gel manicure and builder gel?
A gel manicure ($39) applies UV-cured polish over your natural nails — it dries instantly and lasts 2–3 weeks. Builder gel ($60+) sculpts a stronger overlay onto your nails for added length and structure. It's odorless and gentler than acrylic.
Can I get a manicure and pedicure at the same time?
Yes — two technicians can work simultaneously, one on your hands and one on your feet. It's one of the things our customers love most. Just let us know when you arrive or mention it when booking.
Do you serve drinks?
Yes, we offer complimentary beverages during your service, including margaritas. Our customers consistently mention the drinks in their reviews — they're part of the experience.
What's the difference between Gel X and acrylic nails?
Gel X ($60+) uses pre-made soft gel tips bonded to your natural nail — lightweight with instant length. Acrylic ($48+) is sculpted with powder and liquid for maximum durability and custom shaping. Both are available as full sets and refills.
How long does a pedicure take?
An Express Pedicure is 30 minutes ($30). Our best-selling Cucumber Pedicure takes 50 minutes ($49). Premium pedicures like the Golden Glow take up to 2 hours ($150) and include hot stone massage and gold collagen treatment.
Is there parking at Caesars Nails & Spa?
Yes, we have a free parking lot right in front of the salon at 11045 Westheimer Rd, Houston TX 77042.
What's your most popular service?
Our Cucumber Pedicure ($49) is our best seller — it includes organic sugar scrub, fresh cucumber mask, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage. For nails, the Shellac Gel Manicure ($39) is the most popular for its chip-free, instantly-dry finish.
Can I request a specific nail technician?
Absolutely. Many customers come back specifically for their favorite tech — Amanda, Nina, Tony, Michelle, Kevin, Lani, and others. Book ahead to guarantee their availability, or ask at the front desk.
Do you offer services for kids?
Yes, we have a dedicated Kid's Menu for ages 10 and under. Options range from $7 for hand or toe polish to $30 for the Princess Combo (manicure + pedicure). Kid Shellac is also available.
Can I host a party at the salon?
Yes — bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and corporate events. We have a spacious salon and a large team that can serve groups simultaneously. Parties of 4+ can be arranged through our Host a Party page or by calling (713) 781-7700.
Do you offer nail art and custom designs?
Yes, our technicians specialize in custom nail art including chrome, cat-eye gel, ombre, hand-painted designs, and more. Bring a reference photo or browse our gallery for inspiration. Nail art pricing varies by complexity.
What are your hours?
We're open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome until close.
Do I need to tip?
Tips are appreciated but never required. Most customers tip 15–20% for standard services. You can tip in cash or add it to your card payment at checkout.
What types of nail shapes do you offer?
We offer all popular shapes: almond, stiletto, coffin, square, round, flared/duck, and tapered square. Special shapes are $5+ added to your service. Your technician can recommend the best shape for your nail bed.
Do you offer facials?
Yes — Express Facial ($55, 35 min), Fruit Facial ($75, 70 min), and Anti-Aging Facial ($85, 1 hr 15 min). Each includes steaming, cleansing, exfoliation, and massage. The Anti-Aging Facial adds collagen mask and serum application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay and other NFC mobile payments, and cash.
